On Monday, April 22nd, the Yellow Korner gallery in Monaco presented an exhibition by renowned Greek artist Mina Papatheodorou Valyraki in support of the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation (FPA2) on the occasion of International Earth Day. The exhibition, curated by Elya Tsouvelekakis, explores the intricate connection between the earth and sky, and humans and nature. Trees play a prominent role in Mina’s art, intertwining mythology, culture, and symbolism throughout the cycle of life. The artist’s vibrant colors represent the majesty of trees and forests, delivering a powerful message of raising awareness and preserving the harmony of Planet Earth.
50% of the proceeds from the artwork sales will go to the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation, which is showcasing some of the artist’s works until May 30th (by appointment only with the curator). Additionally, 10% of the sales will be donated to the Stelios Philanthropic Foundation, where some of the artist’s paintings can be viewed from Monday to Saturday from 13:00 to 15:00 until May 7th.
