Full Story:
The 14th annual meeting of the Committee for the Integration of Graduates (CID), chaired by Christophe ROBINO, Minister of Social Affairs and Health, was held in Monaco. During the meeting, the new head of the Commission presented the financial results of the CID. In 2023, the CID helped 290 young people find employment, internships, or training programs, and provided general information. Out of the 72 job integration appointments, 62 young graduates successfully obtained temporary or permanent positions (an 86% success rate) in Monegasque companies. This success rate is attributed to the CID’s collaborations with local businesses and organizations in Monaco. In 2023 alone, the CID signed 21 new partnerships with local companies, bringing the total number of partner companies to 263 since 2010. Additionally, the CID presented key data for the first half of 2024. From January 1st to date, the CID received 95 young individuals, including 43 inquiries, 27 job searches (16 of them successfully integrated into the workforce), 19 internship searches (14 of them resulted in internship agreements), and 6 apprenticeship searches. Lastly, the CID will participate in the 3rd “Monaco for Employment” forum in February 2025, where a new area dedicated to young people will be set up in collaboration with the Employment Service. They will also hold events in 2025 to commemorate the 15th anniversary of the CID, focusing on presenting activities and analyzing the careers of graduates monitored by the Commission since 2010.
