Full Story:
The 4th Junior Challenge, organized by the Municipality of Monaco in collaboration with UPAINT Monaco, took place as part of the Street Art Festival. Five students from middle school and high school showcased their artistic skills by creating street art pieces based on the general theme of UPAINT Monaco 2024: domestic animals. However, unlike professional artists, the young participants were not obligated to adhere to this theme. The jury was impressed by the works of Ethan, Arturo, Alice, Daphné, and Jeanne-Marie, but they could not agree on a specific ranking. As a result, all the young artists were awarded at the same level. The event was presented by Alberto Colman, the organizer of UPAINT, who expressed his admiration for the young artists and hoped to see them as professionals at future street art festivals. The artworks from UPAINT will be auctioned off tonight at 6:30 pm in support of FPA2 and the S.P.A Monaco, with HVMC overseeing the sale. The auction will include the works of these talented young artists.
