These spontaneous gatherings often lead to actual traffic offenses and unsafe conduct. The Government’s aim is to curb these incidents, safeguard public order, and better protect the tranquility and safety of residents in the Principality. In line with previous regulations, the immobilization period for vehicles involved in infractions is extended during specific upcoming events, including the 81st Formula One Grand Prix of Monaco from May 23-26, 2024, and the Top Marques Monaco 2024 exhibition from June 5-9, 2024. In case of violations of the traffic code, the immediate immobilization of the vehicle will now last for 120 hours. Full details of the regulatory text can be found at the provided link.
