A new refuge for abandoned animals in Monaco and neighboring cities has been built in Peille and is set to open in September. In the meantime, the animals are being cared for at the existing shelter in Eze. The current shelter may be outdated, but the dogs are still well taken care of. The new refuge will provide a more modern and spacious facility for the animals in need. It is a significant step forward for animal welfare in the Principality.
