Full Story:
The Monegasque Government continues to implement the actions outlined in its Mobility Plan announced in February. As part of this plan, an experiment with two new bus lines began on April 22nd, aiming to enhance public transportation options in the Principality. The testing will assess the relevance of the routes for the X3 and X4 shuttles, which connect Fontvieille to the Larvotto and La Rousse districts with few intermediate stops from Monday to Friday, between 7 am and 7 pm. The analysis of passenger flows and the usefulness of the proposed stops, including the drop-off point at Place d’Armes, will guide potential future direct connections to Monaco-Ville. The X3 line runs every 10 minutes, allowing passengers to travel from Fontvieille to Larvotto, stopping at Albert II, Port de Fontvieille, Princesse Antoinette (Port Hercule), Portier, and Larvotto. The X4 line operates every 15 minutes, linking Fontvieille to La Rousse and stopping at Albert II, Port de Fontvieille, Princesse Antoinette (Port Hercule), Portier, and Saint Roman.
