Prince Albert II celebrated Monaco’s 75th anniversary at UNESCO alongside students from Rainier III High School. Around 40 students, accompanied by their teachers, traveled to Paris to prepare and serve a special dinner on April 11. The gala dinner was organized by Monaco’s Permanent Delegation to highlight education as one of UNESCO’s pillars, along with science and culture. The students, aged 17 to 21, have been working on the project for several months and expressed their pride in representing Monaco’s expertise. The menu featured flavors from Monaco, with the students creating and testing the dishes beforehand. The preparations were done in partnership with luxury caterer Lenôtre. Prince Albert II, UNESCO-accredited ambassadors, and UNESCO personalities attended the dinner. In addition to this anniversary event, Monaco’s Permanent Delegation plans to organize more events to showcase the Principality’s international vocation and highlight various Monégasque entities within UNESCO’s areas of action.
