Full Story:
Monaco is set to host the 8th and 9th Monaco E-Prix on May 3rd and 4th, as well as the 82nd Formula 1 TAG Heuer Grand Prix from May 22nd to 25th. The setup of the urban circuit requires several adjustments to accommodate these automobile events in the heart of the city.
Consequently, preparations for the necessary infrastructure installations relating to safety, television coverage, advertising, as well as public access and hospitality, will commence alongside the annual road resurfacing campaign, which started in late February.
These operations and associated road adaptations will begin on March 3rd in the Port Hercule area and on March 25th in the Monte-Carlo district. During this time, there will be occasional road diversions, one-way traffic systems, and parking restrictions. The Automobile Club de Monaco (ACM) will establish secure pedestrian pathways, with manual guidance in certain areas considered hazardous for pedestrians.
Normal traffic flow will resume on the affected routes gradually, as the dismantling of the installations takes place, with completion expected by June 22nd.
