The Monaco Institute for Judicial Professional Training is organizing a conference on “Corporate Law in Monaco” on December 13, 2024. The topic is timely due to the proposed law No. 1,094 on the modernization of corporate law in Monaco, which includes the introduction of the limited liability single-member company. Additionally, corporate law is also in the spotlight in France with the “RÉPONDS” project for a new corporate law launched earlier this year.
This conference aims to present the fundamentals of corporate law, from formation to dissolution, through a series of roundtable discussions. Entrepreneurs, politicians, lawyers, judges, legal advisors, accountants, and academics will share their perspectives on the topic, providing a comprehensive view of corporate law from various angles.
More than 200 legal and justice professionals, as well as representatives from institutions and the business world, are expected to attend the invitation-only conference. The event, promoted by Monaco Economy, will take place at ONE MONTE CARLO.
