Summary:
The Monégasque Government has launched an online service to provide basic information about civil societies, aiming to improve transparency and meet international standards.

Full Story:
The Government of Monaco has introduced an online platform for accessing basic information on civil societies, in addition to the existing access for commercial societies. This initiative aims to enhance transparency in line with international standards. The digitalization of information and the purchase of extracts from the Special Register of Civil Societies (RSSC) was implemented by the Department of Economic Development, in collaboration with the Interministerial Delegation for Digital Transition.

Users can now access this service 24/7 through the MonGuichet.mc portal, which serves as a gateway to all online services provided by the Administration and the Municipality of Monaco. Payments can be made via credit card, and users have the option to instantly download certified digital extracts as proof of purchase. Additionally, the platform keeps a record of purchase history for easy reference.

These new features align with the recommendations outlined in the evaluation of Monaco’s anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing measures conducted by Moneyval. They demonstrate Monaco’s commitment to maintaining the highest international standards.

For more information or to submit a request, users can visit the “Other” section under the online services tab on MonGuichet.mc. Alternatively, they can contact the Department of Economic Development at 9, rue du Gabian, MC 98000 Monaco, or call (+377) 98 98 98 00 during office hours (9:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday).
