Full Story:
The Grand Prix de Monaco has officially changed its name for the 2025 season. This historic change comes as the race welcomes a new main sponsor, luxury watch brand TAG Heuer, who has been a partner of the Automobile Club de Monaco since 2011. The iconic Monaco race will now be known as the Grand Prix de Monaco Formule 1 TAG Heuer 2025. This is the first time in the race’s 96-year history that a sponsor’s name has been added to its official title. The agreement between Formula 1 and TAG Heuer, which designates the luxury brand as the official timekeeper of the championship, led to this new name. President of the ACM, Michel Boeri, expressed his admiration and respect for TAG Heuer.
