The Foundation TURQUOIS and the Directorate of National Education, Youth and Sports (DENJS) have strengthened their mutual commitment to youth with the renewal of their partnership agreement. The signing ceremony took place on Monday, January 20, 2025, at the Rainier III High School, following a Mexican lunch prepared by the trainees of the 43rd promotion of the TURQUOIS Foundation.
For many years, the TURQUOIS Foundation and DENJS have been working together to provide exceptional learning opportunities in the field of catering and hospitality to young Mexicans. This partnership is based on common values of commitment, transmission, sharing, and excellence.
Under the presidency of Mr. Claude BOERI, the TURQUOIS Foundation has been doing remarkable work in supporting young Mexican trainees. In the Principality, these students receive guidance to:
– Encourage excellence in action and service;
– Promote openness of heart and mind;
– Foster a willingness to give their best.
The Rainier III High School, as a partner institution of this agreement, plays a crucial role in welcoming and training Mexican students. Specialized in the hospitality and catering industry, the school provides these talented young individuals with quality pedagogical support, enabling them to prepare for a promising future in employment sectors, often on an international scale.
The 43rd promotion of the TURQUOIS Foundation, in training since September 2024, consists of 10 Mexican students: 7 female students and 3 male students. Divided between the specialties of cuisine and pastry, they prepared the Mexican lunch served during the signing ceremony, under the guidance of the chefs and teachers who have been supporting them since their arrival. This moment of sharing and celebration perfectly illustrates the values of transmission and excellence upheld by the TURQUOIS Foundation and the Principality of Monaco.
