The Centre Scientifique de Monaco (CSM) and the Institut National de la Santé et de la Recherche Médicale (INSERM) have officially collaborated by signing a strategic agreement. The signing took place on Friday, February 7, 2025, at the Ministry of State in Monaco. The agreement focuses on clinical research, specifically the Monaco Clinical Research Infrastructure Network (M-CRIN), which aims to facilitate the promotion and validation of research protocols in Monaco. The M-CRIN will bring together researchers and doctors from Monaco to collaborate with the French Clinical Research Infrastructure Network (F-CRIN). A follow-up committee, composed of representatives from all three entities, will meet annually to evaluate progress and set new directions for the collaboration. This partnership provides an opportunity for Monaco to strengthen its role in clinical research and scientific innovation while integrating new centers and teams into its network.
