Histoire complète :
Princess Caroline attended an exceptional spiritual concert on the evening of Saturday, November 9th, organized by the Prince Pierre Foundation of Monaco. The concert took place at the Cathedral of Monaco, and it featured the world premiere of a composition by Valentin Silvestrov.
The Cathedral Notre-Dame-Immaculée of Monaco hosted this unique musical event, which was organized by the Prince Pierre Foundation. The Estonian choir Vox Clamantis, conducted by Jaan-Eik Tulve, captivated the audience with their spiritual performance.
Titled “Signs of Time – A Capella,” the concert presented a moving program of sacred music, including works by contemporary composers and a world premiere.
The highlight of the evening was Valentin Silvestrov’s composition “Four Psalms,” commissioned by the Prince Pierre Foundation as a homage to Princess Caroline of Hanover, who was present at the concert.
Alongside Silvestrov, the program showcased masterpieces by three Estonian composers: Arvo Pärt, a renowned figure in contemporary sacred music, and Helena Tulve, a poetical composer whose work captivated the audience.
This solemn and spiritual moment perfectly highlighted the commitment of the Prince Pierre Foundation to music, particularly with regard to the Music Prize, which was honored this year.
