The Monégasque Institute of Judicial Professions Training, under the Direction of Judicial Services, has launched its own website: https://www.imfpj.mc/. This website provides information on the initial training program at the institute, including exam and competition preparation for young Monégasque individuals aspiring to become lawyers or magistrates, as well as new professional certification and introduction to Monégasque law courses.
Legal professionals practicing in the Principality can also find details on the continuous training and update sessions provided to them.
Additionally, the website informs all legal professionals in the Principality about conferences and scientific events open to a broader audience, such as the upcoming conference on “Company Law in Monaco,” scheduled for December 13, 2024, at ONE MONTE CARLO.
In the near future, the website will also feature digital legal publications, including the reactivation of the Monégasque Law Review in 2025.
