Monaco’s Yacht Club, along with Prince Albert II, is lending its support to Boris Herrmann as he prepares to participate in the 10th edition of the Vendée Globe. The event is scheduled to start on November 10, 2024, in Les Sables d’Olonne. Herrmann is a member of the Yacht Club de Monaco (YCM) and will be launching with the backing of the club, as well as the Prince and other YCM officials. The Vendée Globe is a highly regarded solo, non-stop yacht race around the world, and Herrmann’s participation highlights Monaco’s involvement in the sport.
