Résumé:
Monaco is conducting a campaign to refurbish the road surfaces across the city, with various closures and restrictions in place throughout October and November 2024.
Histoire complète :
Monaco’s urban road network is well-maintained thanks to regular campaigns for resurfacing carried out by the Urban Development Department. The department has started its end-of-year campaign, which will run from Monday, October 21st to Friday, November 15th, 2024, covering eight areas in the Principality.
To minimize the impact on traffic, these operations, which inevitably involve temporary road closures:
* Take place exclusively at night.
* Mostly concentrate on a single night, except for three areas where additional necessary works are integrated, effectively combining interventions.
* Are secured by manual control and signage, including access to public and private car parks, as well as shops, with notices displayed even in the entrance halls of neighboring buildings.
Details of the planned works include:
AVENUE VARAVILLA:
* Night of October 21st to 22nd > Manual control from 8pm to 10pm, followed by closure from 10pm to 6am.
