Histoire complète :
The Mayor of Monaco, Georges Marsan, along with councilors and representatives from the construction industry, inaugurated the newly renovated council chamber. In his speech, Mayor Marsan explained that the objective of the project was to improve working conditions and hospitality while preserving the essence of the space. The renovation, completed by the municipal technical services after almost 10 months of work, successfully achieved this dual ambition. The redesigned chamber features an elegant and sophisticated design, with a large drop-shaped table made of smoked oak as its centerpiece. The walls are adorned with large black-framed paintings depicting events organized by the municipality and places related to the city hall. The council chamber is equipped with advanced technologies, including automated control over lighting, air conditioning, heating, and audiovisual systems. Additionally, 23 screens have been installed. Mayor Marsan thanked François Lallemand, his deputy and head of technical services, for their collective efforts in creating a welcoming chamber that balances tradition with environmental and technological values.
