Histoire complète :
Monaco has launched a new Inter-University Degree (DIU) in Monegasque Law, marking a significant recognition for Monegasque law and future jurists of the Principality. The collaboration was signed between the Monegasque Institute for the Training of Judicial Professions (IMFPJ) and the Faculties of Law and Political Science of the Universities of the Cote d’Azur and Aix-Marseille. The agreement was signed by Sylvie Petit-Leclair, Secretary of State for Justice, and Professor Jeanick Brisswalter, President of the University of the Cote d’Azur. The DIU will allow law students from the universities of Nice and Aix-en-Provence to study Monegasque law alongside their three-year course. Starting from September 2025, the University Paris-Pantheon-Assas will also be able to participate in the program. This new course will provide students with a solid institutional and legal understanding of Monegasque law, contributing to Monaco’s reputation. More detailed information about the degree program is available on the University of Cote d’Azur’s website.
