Résumé:
Monaco’s government has signed an agreement with France to combat cyber malware and provide assistance to victims, developing a national system for victim support and creating a digital privacy observatory.
Histoire complète :
The government of Monaco is taking action against cyber malware by signing a cooperation agreement with France. The agreement was signed by Jérôme Notin, Director General of the GIP ACYMA, and Frédéric Fautrier, Director of the AMSN. Building on the success of the cybermalveillance.gouv.fr platform launched in 2017, the GIP ACYMA will provide AMSN with software developments and the “ExpertCyber” certification, adapted to Monegasque law. This technological and regulatory contribution will help accelerate the development of a national system to assist victims of cyber malware in Monaco. The system, which will be available for free to individuals, businesses, and associations, aims to connect victims with local professionals in the Principality, raise awareness about digital privacy protection, and create a digital risk observatory in Monaco. The unique system will be managed through a public-private partnership that brings together government representatives, users, service providers, and solution providers.
