The Monaco Economic Development Department and the Union of Merchants and Artisans of Monaco (UCAM) recently held a meeting with the merchants of the Condamine district. The purpose of this meeting was to strengthen collaboration among the merchants, who contribute to the commercial attractiveness of the district, and to unite local economic stakeholders. The district representatives serve as preferred interlocutors with the Economic Development Department, and their role is essential in implementing actions that meet the needs of both merchants and customers.
The meeting also served as a reminder of the support provided by the Prince’s Government for the initiatives of merchant associations in the Principality. Subsidies are granted after a thorough study of the projects, enabling the organization of events and activities in commercial areas.
The Economic Development Department now looks forward to receiving concrete proposals from the UCAM and the representatives of the Condamine district to further enhance the vitality of this emblematic neighborhood throughout the year.
