Histoire complète :
Monaco is accelerating its digital transformation for employment with the launch of new online services for employers and job seekers. These services are part of the Extended Monaco program, launched in 2019, which aims to transform the experience of employers and job seekers. The Government of Monaco presented a series of new online services dedicated to employment in the Principality. These services provide advanced digital tools to employers and job seekers, facilitating their journey and offering simplified and digitized processes. The services are accessible through dedicated spaces on MonGuichet.mc, the digital portal for administrative procedures in Monaco. They meet the expectations of employers who seek simplicity and efficiency in their processes. The development of employment tools is taking place in several stages, with the first services launching in November 2024. These include the modernization of the employment directorate’s tool and the launch of Employer and Job Seeker spaces on MonGuichet.mc. In late 2025, enhanced digital services will be introduced, such as a fully digital hiring process and an online resume database. By 2026, Monaco plans to issue digital work permits. The government aims to provide a modernized administration and offer quick and tailored responses to employers and job seekers. The digital transformation of public services contributes to Monaco’s attractiveness and establishes it as a reference for a connected and accessible labor market.
