The lawyers representing both parties in the Affaire Bouvier-Rybolovlev case pleaded for the annulment of the investigation opened in 2017 for influence peddling and corruption in Monaco. This case led to the indictment of 10 notable individuals. The plea was made before the court’s council chamber in the Court of Appeal in Monaco. The outcome of the plea will be determined on February 27th.
