Résumé:
Monaco aims to attract and anticipate healthcare professionals by engaging with medical and pharmacy students to showcase career opportunities and encourage specialization in the field.

Histoire complète :
On Tuesday, September 24, Christophe Robino, the Government Counsellor-Minister of Social Affairs and Health, along with healthcare professionals and representatives from healthcare establishments in Monaco, met with students studying medicine and pharmacy with connections to Monaco. The purpose of the meeting was to make them aware of the medical specialties that are or will be in demand in Monaco in the coming years.

The aim of the meeting was to anticipate the need for healthcare professionals, gain a better understanding of the students’ choices (specialties, location of practice, etc.), and enhance the attractiveness of medical professions in Monaco.

During the meeting, Christophe Robino emphasized that “youth is the strength of tomorrow.” He expressed pleasure in meeting with the students to present them with career opportunities in hospitals as well as the possibilities of practicing medicine in the city to provide the local population with accessible medical services. This approach would allow the hospital to focus on its core mission of providing highly specialized patient care. As Minister of Health, his main concern is to encourage and support the students in their future professional careers.
