Monaco’s Secretary of State for Justice, Sylvie Petit-Leclair, has appealed to the Supreme Court of Monaco against her dismissal, claiming that it was unfair. Her contract was supposed to end on May 31, 2025, but the Prince’s Palace announced her early departure on September 16. Samuel Vuelta Simon has been appointed as her replacement.
