Costanza Favilli, Executive Secretary of PELAGOS, will be a guest at the 3rd Monaco Women Network Happy Hour event on Thursday, September 27th at Neptune restaurant in Larvotto. These happy hour events aim to showcase female talent in Monaco and the French Riviera, fostering new connections and highlighting exciting career paths in sectors such as economics, environment, technology, science, art, and finance. Costanza Favilli specializes in international relations and political science. She has previously worked on issues regarding the impact of human pressure on the marine environment, specifically the effects of artificial radioactivity in the southern Pacific area. The Pelagos Sanctuary is the only international maritime area dedicated to the protection of marine mammals and their habitats in the Mediterranean. It was established through a multilateral agreement signed in Rome in 1999 by France, Italy, and the Principality of Monaco, and came into effect in 2002.
