During a recent visit to Macao and Hong Kong, Her Excellency Mrs. Marie-Pascale BOISSON, Ambassador of Monaco to the People’s Republic of China, and Mr. Frédéric GENTA, Interministerial Delegate for Attractiveness and Digital Transition, met with key figures in Macao and Hong Kong. This visit was conducted in collaboration with Galaxy Entertainment Group, a leading Asian company and shareholder of the Société des Bains de Mer. The purpose of the visit was to discuss tourism strategies, international development, and strengthen cultural, tourist, and economic exchanges between Macao, Hong Kong, and Monaco. The participants held meetings with Mr. Liu XIANFA, Commissioner of the Chinese central government in Macao, and Mr. André CHEONG WENG CHON, Secretary for Administration and Justice of the Macao government, among other Macao economic actors. Representatives from the press in Macao and Hong Kong, including Nikkei, Macau News, and South China Morning Post, were also present at the meetings. The discussions were fruitful, and all parties agreed to continue collaborating to enhance the exchange between the three regions.
