Histoire complète :
The winter infrastructure in Monaco has been abandoned this year due to its high energy consumption. The Minister of State of Monaco, Didier Guillaume, has announced plans to reintroduce a skating rink in the principality. However, no specific date has been set for its reopening. In the meantime, there are other nearby options for skating. Beausoleil, which shares its borders with Monaco, has its own ice rink on the Place de la Libération. It will be open until January 5th, 2025. Menton and Nice also offer ice skating rinks during the holiday season. Menton’s rink is located on the Parvis du Musée Cocteau and will be open until January 7th. Nice has the Jean Bouin ice rink, where public sessions are held throughout the year. It is worth noting that the Jean Bouin rink will be closed on December 31st and January 1st. Beaulieu-sur-Mer also has a synthetic ice rink open until January 5th. It is located on Place Marinoni and is accessible daily from 11am to 6pm.
