Résumé:
The Government of Monaco announces the online availability of basic information about civil societies as part of their efforts to improve transparency.

Histoire complète :
In an effort to enhance transparency, the Government of Monaco has announced that basic information about civil societies will now be available online. This digital access complements the existing online access for commercial companies. The dematerialization of information, including the acquisition of an extract from the Civil Society Register, has been launched by the Department for Economic Development in collaboration with the Interministerial Delegation for Digital Transition.

The procedure is accessible 24/7 through the MonGuichet.mc portal, which serves as a gateway to all the digital services provided by the Monaco Administration and the Mairie de Monaco, all compatible with the digital identity of Monaco.

The goal is to provide users with a simplified and completely digital service, including the consultation or purchase of a dematerialized and certified extract from the Civil Society Register. The payment can be made using a credit card and the extract can be downloaded immediately. Users also have access to their purchase history.

These functionalities meet the recommendations made during the evaluation of Monaco’s anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing system (Moneyval). They demonstrate the Principality of Monaco’s commitment to maintaining the highest international standards. Requests can be submitted through the MyGuichet.mc portal under the online services section.
