The fourth edition of the Monaco Smart & Sustainable Marina concluded on September 23 at the Yacht Club de Monaco. The event brought together 250 maritime industry professionals and investors to discuss modernizing and making maritime infrastructure more sustainable. Supported by the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation, Extended Monaco, UBS, MB92 Group, and Bombardier, the event aimed to highlight the importance of technological innovations and intersectoral collaborations in addressing today’s environmental challenges. Three conferences were held, addressing the sector’s challenges and solutions, including the role of technology in optimizing unique marina experiences, financing challenges for sustainable marinas, and the application of regenerative architecture principles in marina design. The event ended with the recognition of notable projects and winners of various awards. The Yacht Club de Monaco was also honored in a new book by Assouline.
