UBS Monaco has taken its commitment to providing the best client experience to a new level with the Villa Belgica project. Designed by renowned French architect Jean Nouvel, the project involves the reconstruction and elevation of the villa to create unique spaces for clients and their loved ones, ensuring the utmost privacy and confidentiality. The building, expected to be completed in early November, will have a total area of 1,636m² spanning eleven floors and two basements.
The new headquarters will include a private restaurant on the 9th floor for casual meetings, a lounge bar on the 10th floor for relaxation and socializing, and a magnificent rooftop on the 11th floor offering a 360-degree view of the Principality.
UBS Monaco intends to engage with its clients in new ways through this headquarters, offering various events related to wine, art, yachting, international finance experts, Formula 1 racing, sailing, and many other experiences.
The relocation of the offices to the center of Monaco will facilitate client access and turn this historic headquarters into a privileged place for meetings and exchanges.
