Full Story:
The Fondation Prince Pierre is pleased to announce that, by Sovereign Decision dated March 21, 2025, Björn Dahlström has been appointed Vice-President of the Artistic Council of the Foundation. He succeeds Marie-Claude Beaud, whose commitment and passion have marked the history of the International Contemporary Art Prize.

Throughout her mandate, Marie-Claude Beaud worked devotedly in the service of Art, raising public awareness of contemporary expressions and supporting many prominent and emerging artists. Her legacy lives on through the initiatives she has implemented and the inspiration she leaves to the artistic community.

In order to continue this mission, Björn Dahlström joins the Artistic Council with the intention of prolonging and enriching this commitment. Under his leadership, the NMNM has hosted major exhibitions such as “Newton, Riviera” and “Pasolini in chiaroscuro” at the Villa Sauber, as well as “Christian Bérard, Excentrique Bébé” and “Miquel Barceló, océanographe” at the Villa Paloma.

The Fondation Prince Pierre, delighted with his appointment, is convinced that Björn Dahlström will make a significant contribution to the development and influence of the International Contemporary Art Prize.
