AS Monaco has donated €20,245 to the Oceanographic Institute in Monaco as part of their partnership aimed at raising awareness about the need to protect the ocean and its biodiversity. The collaboration between AS Monaco, the Oceanographic Institute, and Kappa® resulted in the launch of a football jersey called “OCEANO” that features the colors of the Mediterranean coast. For every jersey sold, €5 was donated to the Oceanographic Institute, totaling €20,245. The funds will be used to support the institute’s efforts in raising awareness and protecting the ocean. Cyril Gomez, Vice-Director of the Oceanographic Institute, expressed gratitude to AS Monaco and Kappa for their support and commitment in using sports as an impactful and original approach to promote ocean conservation.
