The Monégasque Government’s Department of National Education, Youth, and Sports has announced that online applications for scholarships for the 2024-2025 academic year are now open on the MonGuichet.mc portal. To be eligible for a scholarship, applicants must meet one of the following criteria: 1) Monégasque nationality, spouse of a Monégasque national, or foreign dependent of a Monégasque national, foreign national under the care or orphan of a state, or municipal agent, or agent of a French establishment located in the Principality by treaty for at least five years, currently employed or retired (this category does not apply to social promotion scholarships), or have been a resident of Monaco for at least 10 uninterrupted years; 2) Under 28 years of age for study scholarships; or 3) Under 50 years of age at the time of application for social promotion scholarships. Applications must be submitted online before 14:00 on the last Friday of September for study scholarships or before the start of the training program for social promotion scholarships. The online application can be accessed through the MonGuichet.mc portal, and a paper application is available for those without computer access by requesting a form from the Department of National Education, Youth, and Sports or by email.
