Full Story:
Monaco has introduced new online services for employment, allowing for faster processes between employers and job seekers. The government’s Department of Digital Services has developed advanced digital tools that are now accessible through designated areas on MonGuichet.mc, the administrative procedures portal of the Principality. The program is being implemented in phases, with the launch of online services on November 1, 2024, marking the modernization of the Directorate of Labor and improving efficiency in interactions between employers and job seekers. The portals “Employer” and “Job Seeker” on MonGuichet.mc enable users to publish, consult, and manage job offers in real time, 24/7. Public dissemination of job offers will also be available on MonServicePublic.mc, ensuring optimal visibility of opportunities in Monaco. By the end of 2025, enhanced digital services will include a 100% digital hiring process and the launch of the first version of an online CV database (CVthèque). Job seekers registered with the Employment Service will be able to access their CVs online. Lastly, in 2026, the issuance of digital work permits will complete this gradual transformation.
