Full Story:
The Monaco Housing Authority has announced that Monégasque nationals interested in renting state-owned apartments can now submit their application online. The application process is accessible through the government’s portal, MonGuichet.mc, or via the following URL: https://teleservice.gouv.mc/logement-domanial-monaco. Applicants who have previously submitted their request online and received a valid response during the last call for applications will have their form pre-filled with the information provided in their selected application. New applications should be started from the “Effectuer une demande” (Submit an application) section. Monégasque citizens with an active digital identity on their new ID card can securely log in to their personal account using the MConnect service. The form will be pre-populated with the applicant’s identity details. Individuals without a Monégasque digital identity can log in using their existing tele-service account or create a new account. For those without access to a computer, a paper application form is available at the housing authority’s office or at the Maison du Numérique, where a digital advisor will assist with the online application process. All applications must be submitted in their entirety by Friday, October 11, 2024, at 5:00 pm. Late or incomplete applications will not be processed. For a list of required documents and more information about the application process, applicants are advised to visit the Public Service of the Monégasque Government’s website at http://monservicepublic.gouv.mc and refer to the “Logement” (Housing) section. Additionally, petitioners are encouraged to review the current ministerial decree on the allocation criteria for state-owned housing, available on the same website.
