The Government of Monaco has announced the launch of a public real estate project on the site of “Villa Luciole” located at 5, rue Louis Auréglia. The project involves the design and construction of a 10-story building that will deliver a minimum of 27 residential units, including 1 five-bedroom apartment (T5) and 26 two-bedroom apartments (T2). The housing will be complemented by a private parking lot.

To facilitate this real estate operation, a call for tenders for the award of a real estate development contract has been issued and the full text is published in the Journal de Monaco on September 13, 2024.

This public works contract covers the design and execution of works, as defined in Sovereign Order No. 7.264 of December 20, 2018, which regulates public procurement by the State.

The procedure is open and consists of a negotiated contract in accordance with the aforementioned Sovereign Order. Any interested economic operator can express their interest, obtain the consultation documents free of charge, and submit an application and an offer as prescribed by the consultation regulations.
