On March 26, the European Chamber Orchestra, conducted by Bruno Mantovani, will perform several iconic works by Pierre Boulez. The festival will also showcase the composers admired and directed by Boulez, such as Wagner, Bruckner, Bartók, Stravinsky, Ravel, Debussy, Schönberg, Berg, Webern, Berio, Stockhausen, and Messiaen. The lineup includes prestigious orchestras and ensembles, such as the Monte Carlo Philharmonic Orchestra, the BBC Symphony Orchestra, and the Court-Circuit ensemble. Pianist François-Frédéric Guy will be featured, along with composer and pianist Hervé Sellin. The festival will also include film screenings and various events where the public can learn more about Boulez’s life and contribution to contemporary music. In total, there will be 25 concerts, over 400 artists, and more than 80 works performed throughout the festival.
